I checked,
On 08/11 and 08/12, there are still rooms available at coasta sands.
So technically, if everyone is enthusiastic about it we can still hold a chalet.
Still, lets drop the idea.

I heard 309 and 311 are already having chalet, don't make everyone too busy with attending chalets and having fun.

Let 1 hand = 5 months
For next year, since we'll be quite free after the Os, lets plan before-hand. Or we can plan now, it'll be planning before-hands. (:

All talk and no action makes Jack a dull all talk and no action person. Lets put the plan of gathering into action sometime next year after the Os.
