so is eveyrone okay on the chalet thing?

for those who didnt see it..
1. cuz eveyrone ones the hometeam NS one at pasirris, we've already booked the chalet from 10-12th dec.
balloting results on first week of december.

so do all of you agree ont aking risk?

if not its not too late to cancel then we book either downtown east costa sands or aranda chalet downtown east.
aranda chalet is only for 1-19nov. 225 for 2 nights.

so let me know if you all disagree on anything. IF NOT. we'll carry out with plan A - take risk.

ohh.and for the chalet thing. we needa discuss it real soon.
heres whats been going on.
some kind souls (IM NOT SARCASTIC) called up the chalet company (haha?) to book 1 room from 10 - 12 Dec. then since the friggin place is fully booked, we're up for balloting. and the results will only come up on november the something. first week of november i guess. so if we dont get the place, it'll be too late to book a room.
so i SUGGEST we shouldnt wait for the balloting process.? well its better to be safe right:p
yeah. because we're living with singaporeans, the chalets might be fully booked soon.we we'd better come up with a decision.
i hope everyone's flexible of the decision?
cuz this is like the last last last outing we're going to have in 07' and we really wanna accomondate everyone. all 38 people. so there's definitely going to be some disagreements here and there. so we hope eveyrone's flexible with that.
and i hope the organizing comm will work together with the class as well that is!! ohh. i have confidence in them anyway!!:D

i'll most prob be passsing a paper around or i'll just use my high pitched voice to make a call of class outing committee members on monday.
i'll just have to hope that the responsense will be as good as the PIE committee response.

2day, yujun jus told me, smth which means 'skating for 1hr+, from 11 to lunch time is insufficient, thus we decided to do some change

class lunch wil b put forward, the main objective. and we wan BONDING. not jus BGR bonding.! class bonding.

thus it wil b changed, class lunch frz!
at 12 we gather. and 100% confirm guarenteed wil hav latecomers. thus, 12.15 lik tat we go pizza hut eat. for pizzas rite, cuz its shared, we share price pay. but if its lik, u wan buy ur own plate food then u zi ji pay.

then during der class lunch, we wil vote to decide to see who wan kbox and who wan to go ice skate la.
becuz of different views, we might hav to split into diff groups,then lik tat onli group bonding la.. of course, u guys might say it defeats the purpose of class outing; class bonding.
the other way is to play 'majority wins', where we do the wat the majority votes for.

-Its only 5-10 minutes away from downtown east. ( on bicycles ) i dont know how long of a walk on foot :S
-Theres a really huge playground there. haha

Its one big apartment so, wont feel be seperated by rooms, and theres no limit to the noise we can make.

Cons are that the furnitures in the room apartment are rather worn out. but i doubt that'll spoil any of the fun. :)

YOU SEE,this is a CLASS outing.
so we have to make the WHOLE class to go.[which means the whole class has to be free on that day]

yay.2/11/07 is twoeleven day. so we'll see if we can get a chalet booked on 2/11/07
anyway..!!!
i was hanging out with michelle and zeqin at macs today when we started discussing about class chalet again. which also led to a pictureosque proposal.
so heres it.

CHANGI
- cheap
- VERY BIG. which means we only need to book one.
-nothing to do there cuz its kinda isolated from the area
- accessible to downtown east in say, 20 mins?
- the beach there is really dirty and according to Michelle, quite a number of bad incidents happened there. (BOO.)
- has interior sqimming pool, bowling alley...
- has BBQ pit
- alot of trees.
- plenty of red ants
- can see big big aeroplanes from ground level.

SENTOSA
- air is really fresh
-many trees
- quite new
- clean beach
- cool activities to do there
- IF we book shangrila hotel(at siloso beach i think) we'll have to book at least 3 - 4 roooms. cuz its really cramped. living contidions would be somewhat 'squishy'.. but im sure it'd be really fun like the other time we camped over at huixin's chalet(haha).
- hygiene is alot cleaner compared to CHANGI and DOWNTOWN EAST COASTA SANDS.
- lets say. expensive?!!
- im not sure if they have any BBQ pits available, so if they dont, we can have BBQ another day.(:

DOWNTOWN EAST COSTA SANDS
- ITS FRIGGING CHEAP
- have to book at least 3 - 4 rooms
- its at downtown east, which also means we can spend our time at escape.
- (i dont like the toilet. its smelly)
- next to nasi lemak and chicken rice stall. the price is really good and cheap. its tasty too! oh have u tried the youghurt icecream? gee
- it comes with a BBQ pit. (i think)
